Great salad! Last night i roasted cauliflower steaks putting olive oil, mustard, capers, lemon juice And dried chili peppers on a baking sheet, rubbing and flipping the cauliflower around then roasting at 400 for 1/2 hr. Tonight mixed the leftovers with our cukes & yogurt. Amazing flavors!
